Sausage Stuffed Acorn Squash
- 4 acorn squash
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1½ c. hot water
- 5 c. Croutons stuffing mix
- Place cleaned squash cut side face down on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage, not drain. Mix soup and water. Stir in sausage and drippings.
- Add croutettes stuffing mix. Fill squash. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until squash is tender.
