Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- Dash vanilla
- 1 butternut squash
- 3 eggs
- TOPPING:
- 2 c. corn flakes
- ½ stick butter
- ½ c. sugar
- 1 pkg. nuts
Instructions
- Cook squash until tender. Cool. Then peel and remove seeds and strings. Combine squash, melted butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until set.
- For topping, melt butter. Add corn flakes, sugar and nuts. Cover casserole with topping. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes.
