Ingredients
- 2 acorn squash
- 1 c. ground cooked ham
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tbsp. minced green pepper
- ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ c. bread crumbs
- 1 slightly beaten egg
Instructions
- Cut each squash in half and remove seeds. Place cut side down on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until tender.
- Combine ham, rice, onion, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs and egg.
- Fill the center of squash with ham mixture.
- Dot with ¼ cup butter and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
