This Fresh Dip with a Hint of Sweetness Makes a Treat Kids Will Love. Serves Makes 1 Cup Dip.
- 1- 8 oz. bar of cream cheese (room temperature – or soften in microwave)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar (or substitute 3 tbsp Stevia)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whip with hand mixer at low to combine and then medium speed for 1 minute. Refrigerate for 15 minutes prior to serving. Keep in air tight container for up to 1 week.
