Watermelon Pie

Watermelon Pie

Serves: 60

Ingredients
  • 60 one half inch thick pie wedge shaped slices of pound cake
  • 60 3-inch thick wedges of seedless watermelon the same size of the cake slices
  • 5 Gallons frozen vanilla frozen yogurt
  • One half gallon strawberry syrup

Instructions
  1. Place the cake slices on dessert plates or serving tray.
  2. Top each cake slice with a watermelon slice
  3. Place a scoop of the frozen yogurt on top of each ?pie? slice and drizzle the syrup over the top.
